salad ingredients

salad is for 4 oz servings rice cooked ( long grain ) 
2 oz red pepper freshly cut into Brunoise
 3 oz yellow pepper cut into Brunoise
 3 oz mango dice
 6 oz honey
2 oz basic french dressing

salad method



combine dressing and honey , mix well with a whisk or an electric blender

  1. Add cooked rice in a mixing bowl and add dressing and tose it well
  2. mix all the remaining items and adjust the seasoning, if you want to enhance the taste add lemon juice to it.
  3. allow the mixed salad to rest for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator before serving
