salad ingredients
salad is for 4 oz servings rice cooked ( long grain )
2 oz red pepper freshly cut into Brunoise
3 oz yellow pepper cut into Brunoise
3 oz mango dice
6 oz honey
2 oz basic french dressing
salad method
- Add cooked rice in a mixing bowl and add
dressing and tose it well - mix all the remaining items and adjust the seasoning, if you want to enhance the taste add lemon juice to it.
- allow the mixed salad to rest for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator before serving
